I hope this email finds you well. I was just at your restaurant in Mt. Prospect and let me say that the customer service that was displayed to my wife and I was beyond reproach. It was an inviting atmosphere and the staff was so welcoming. Specifically, Patti. Our waitress Caylen (SP) was extremely personable. I have been to your establishment in the past, and it has always been welcoming, today was a truly great experience. I felt like I was in a neighborhood “joint.” A little background on me:

I work for the 911 dispatch center in Arlington Heights. We pride ourselves on customer service. I am in charge of Quality Assurance/Improvement. I teach classes nation wide specifically dealing with customer service. The only reason I am stating my experience is that I want you to know how incredible your staff has been in the past and how they were today. While speaking to me they never skipped a beat assisting other customers. The one guy named Joe, from Nicaragua, was so personable.

In the end, excellent job Mr. Martin. I will be highly suggesting your place to my neighborhood folk. Again, Patti was incredible.

And yes, after some talk Luke said you owned the place and that he attends MS. Your son was so personable. I’m an 89 graduate. Go Hawks.

In closing, people spend too much time complaining about bad service, but never take the time to commend good service. Your staff was incredible.

Everything we order is exceptional. This fish fry is out-standing. I called and asked if a garlic aioli could be made just for me and they accomodated me immediatley. Thank you for being great.
